Q Are you open at the weekend?
A Generally not. However we try to accommodate and help if its at all possible so please call us.
Q Do you collect at the weekend?
A Generally not but call or email our collections department
Q Do you have a minimum collection charge?
A Yes. Our minimum charge is £18 + delivery charge if applicable.
Q Do you offer free collection and delivery?
A Yes. subject to a minimum order value of £18 (subject to change).
Q Can I have my cleaning products delivered?
A Yesif we cover your area. Our minimum order for local delivery on cleaning products is £10 (subject to change)

Q Are you insured for my clothing?
A Yes we have insurance cover for all clothing either in transit or within our commercial premises.
Q Where are my clothes ironed?
A All ironing is completed in our purpose equipped ironing workshop located at Leaden Roding.
Q Do you employ any home ironers?
A No. All ironing is completed at our Leaden Roding workshop. This enables us to operate within strict quality constraints which we would be unable to exercise outside the controlled environment of our commercial premises.
Q Can I book regular collections and deliveries?
A Yes we welcome regular bookings.
Q Do you operate a same day service?
A Yes, but usually only in-store and subject to availability. (Same day service when available attracts a 40% additional charge)
Q Can I have my ironing folded rather than on hangers?
A Yes, let us know your preferences our aim is to please
Q How can I pay?
A Cash, Bacs payments (Internet banking direct transfer) or we can invoice you through PayPal (this method attracts a 5% additional charge)
Q What is your standard turnaround time on ironing?
A We offer a standard 48 hour service and a 24 hour service at no extra charge subject to availability. Please ascertain availability if you require a 24 hour service.

Q What happens if I book a delivery or collection and I’m not there or fail to answer the door etc.?
A We ask that if circumstances change and you are unable to be in for our collection or delivery service that you contact us to cancel and reappoint. Of course sometimes events are beyond your control and we endeavour to be understanding. However, unfortunately, there are occasionally people that have little regard for the fact that our fuel and drivers cost money (our standard delivery service is heavily subsidised) and that wasted journeys impact on all our other clients.Therefore we reluctantly reserve the right to refuse to offer our service. We also reserve the right to level an extra charge for every additional collection/delivery we undertake at a realistic commercial rate of no less than £2.00 per visit.
